At Zonix Point Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the allowed timeframe.


Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or physically damaged

  • Products missing original parts or packaging

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items


📦 How to Return a Product

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll send you a return shipping label.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using the label.

  5. Once received and inspected, the refund will be issued.


💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • Credit/Debit Card: Amount will be credited back to your card.

    • Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash (Pakistan): Refund will be processed to your respective account or wallet.
